Eligibility & The Selection File

Once your integration is setup, tested and the data pipelines are full, we kick off the start the eligibility process.

We run our eligibility engine against your merchant data, figuring out what the best possible financial product we can present to each of your merchants is.

When this process is complete, a selection file is generated and shared back with you.

Selection File

The selection file itself contains merchants that have met our eligibility criteria for a Liberis financial product and describes an offer that can be presented to the merchant from your merchant base.

We have various selection files, depending upon which product you are setup for:

These files are available within a secure folder on our SFTP servers, which you can design and develop automated file fetching from for your workflows. Eligibility usually categorises the offers into two types of eligibility:

Eligible Offer
This is an offer we can provide for a merchant; however, it might change as the merchant completes the application journey, it could increase or decrease. However, we believe it’s as accurate as we can make based ono what we understand their revenue and financial circumstances to be

Pre-Approved Offer
This, as the name suggests, is a guaranteed offer should the merchant apply for the financial product, as a merchant experience, this is the best experience for the merchant, once they complete the application journey, the funds are guaranteed.
