Get Advert

https://platform.us.liberis.com/create/v2/advert/

The GET advert endpoint is simple, provide it with a reference (usually a merchant Id, provided to Liberis by the partner in the gold standard data files), and it will return a set of copy to be displayed to the user in a dashboard advertisement. If default adverts aren't enabled, this endpoint will return 404 for any references without a matching eligible merchant linked.
